Halloween Challenge Winners!
It’s been a fun month of Halloween Reading. Fourteen of you read at least one book for the challenge this month. Our four weekly themes were: Dead things, Monsters and magic, Evil humans, and Personal phobias. Keep reading to found out who won both the final weekly prize and the grand prize.
All winners were selected randomly using random.org to pick a name. The winner of our weekly prize of $10 Amazon gift card was: Charisma! Send me an email with your preferred email to receive the gift card. Congrats!
Our grand prize winner was selected from everyone who posted at least one review during the challenge month. The winner gets:
- A t-shirt from Lithograph. Lithograph creates art from the text of some of literature’s most famous novels. Below is an example of a t-shirt for Alice in Wonderland. The winner can pick their design from the website (I will send you the link).
2. An autographed copy of Margaret Atwood’s new book: The Heart Goes Last. If you already have this book or are not interested, you can request any other book title and we’ll send it from Amazon (won’t be signed though) and we’ll give the book to someone else. The Atwood book is definitely not for everyone so check out our review to make sure you will like it. If you don’t think you will like it, then you can save it for a true fan and just select any other book title of your choice and we’ll mail you a hard copy.
3. A 2016 Bibliophilia Wall Calendar. I’ve attached a picture below. This is relatively small and comes in series of individual, unbound pages with beautiful art work to represent literary quotes.
And our winner is…..Tanya! Congrats. Tanya, I’ll need you to contact me over email to give me a mailing address and whether you want the Atwood book or a different book selection (of your choice). I will then send you the website for the t-shirts and you can pick out your design and the size you would like.
Thanks to all for playing! We hope you had fun even if you didn’t win. Our next challenge will start December 1st and will last 3 months so you can move at your own pace. We will announce it mid-November since it is taking us some time to put together.
